Pro API

The Pro API gives your bots and your own tools Sit Out's daily read as JSON: the posture ("don't act" or "watch"), its reasons, market conditions and macro context. It never says "act". Research only, not financial advice.

Price

15 USDC on Solana for 30 days. No auto-renew: the key simply stops on day 30. Pay once and the key appears on screen. Get a Pro API key.

The website is free during beta. The Pro API for bots is paid.

Send your key

Send your key in the Authorization header with every request:

Authorization: Bearer <your key>

Keep the key secret: never put it in a web page, a public repository or a shared script. A shared or resold key can be revoked.

Example endpoints

Daily card

Today's posture with its reasons, market conditions and macro context.

curl -s https://sitout.xyz/v1/public/card \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer $SITOUT_KEY"
{"ok":true,"product":"hub_public_card","version":"v0","as_of":"2026-10-09T18:00:00Z",
 "regime":{"heat":"…","reasons":["…"]},"macro":{"vix":…,"dxy":…},…}

Today

The Today tab as JSON: the posture for crypto and stocks, with its reasons.

curl -s https://sitout.xyz/v1/sub/today \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer $SITOUT_KEY"

News

The latest headlines in English, each linked to the original article.

curl -s https://sitout.xyz/v1/sub/news \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer $SITOUT_KEY"

Rate limits

  • Daily card: 20 requests per minute per IP address.
  • Other endpoints: 120 requests per minute per key (and per IP address).
  • Over a limit you get HTTP 429 with a Retry-After header in seconds. Wait that long, then try again.
  • Polling once a minute is plenty for a bot.

Errors

HTTPerrorWhat it means
401unauthorizedNo key, a wrong key or an expired key.
404not_foundThat path does not exist.
414uri_too_longThe address is too long.
429rate_limitedToo many requests. Wait for Retry-After, then try again.
502 / 504upstream_unavailable / upstream_timeoutTemporarily unavailable. Try again in a minute.

Every error body is JSON with "ok":false. When a value is missing or stale, the response says so (or shows the last reading with its date) instead of guessing.

Research data for your own use only. No resale or redistribution. See the terms.
