These terms cover the Sit Out website (sitout.xyz), the Seat and Pro API plans, and any pay-per-call access. Sit Out is operated by Hexleon LLC ("we", "us"). By paying for or using the service you accept them.
Sit Out is an informational research product: a read-only dashboard for crypto and stocks (a daily Today read with posture and market conditions, macro, global news, Watch, BOLO watch lists and Sentiment) built from public data. It never says "act". Research only. Not financial advice. No trade signals, fills, or positions.
Nothing on this site or in any response is investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. Crypto is volatile. Decisions and their outcomes are yours.
Research data for your own use only. No resale or redistribution of responses, in whole or in part. Not financial advice. You may not resell, sublicense, republish, mirror or redistribute responses, cards or data feeds, or build a competing data product from them.
A plan gives you a private access key for the plan's period (currently 30 days, no auto-renew). Keep it secret. Do not share it. We may revoke a key that is shared, resold, abused or used to overload the service. Per-key and per-IP rate limits apply.
When the free trial is offered, it lasts 2 days (48 hours) from the moment you start it, one per wallet. It needs no payment: your wallet only signs a short text message. It covers Today, News and the top 3 BOLO names, with no API access. It ends on its own, is never extended or restarted for the same wallet, and never turns into a paid plan.
Payments are receive-only USDC transfers on Solana to the address shown on the invoice. This site never asks your wallet for a transaction approval or a spending allowance. Optional wallet sign-in only asks your wallet to sign a short text message. On-chain payments are final. See the refund policy.
Data comes from third-party public sources and can be late, wrong or unavailable. When a source is missing we say so, or show the last reading we received with its age, rather than an estimate. The service is provided "as is", without warranties, and may change or pause.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or, if less time has passed, for your current plan). We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including trading or investment losses. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, and any dispute will be heard in the state courts of Washington.
We may update these terms. The date at the bottom shows the current version.
